Late Capt. Syed Ali Asghar Rizvi was the Chairman of Alliance Properties Ltd., Alliance Media Limited, Union Accessories Ltd., Union Knitting & Dyeing Limited and Alliance Knit Composite Ltd since 2003. Adding to this Mr. Rizvi was the Director of Fountain Garments Limited, Ispahani Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited and Global Beverage Company Ltd. He has also served as an elected Executive Committee member of Gulshan Society. Capt. Syed Ali Asghar Rizvi obtained flying licenses from Pakistan and Bangladesh Civil Aviation and served as VVIP pilot for the government for both countries. In 1965, he acquired commercial flying license and joined as a pilot in the then Government Transport Department with rank and status equivalent to Deputy Secretary. Then, Mr. Rizvi served as a Captain of Biman Bangladesh Airlines till 1999.Capt. Rizvi attaches himself with different socio-cultural events. He was the Founder Vice President of East Pakistan Association of Philatelists DACCA; Ex-Vice President, Bangladesh Flying Club; Ex Joint Secretary, BAPA; Founder Member of Gulshan Club & Banani Club and lastly Member of Shaheen Air Scout, REHAB, Gulshan Youth Club and Kurmitola Golf Club. Mr. Rizvi has served as an Executive Committee Member, Hossaini Dalan Mosque and Ex Member, Dhaka North Rotary Club. Capt. Syed Ali Asghar Rizvi passed away on 20th February 2017 in Singapore

Mr. Rizvi aspires to consistently surpass current achievements, by embracing innovative thoughts and continuously working hard to achieve new business goals. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the United States and has worked for several global corporations. He also sits on the Board of Rabab Group, a well-reputed RMG factory in Dhaka's Gazipur area. Under Mr. Rizvi’s umbrella Alliance Properties has successfully delivered over 50 projects throughout Dhaka and has a reputation for delivering projects on time. He participates actively in Savar Golf Club, Gulshan Club, Banani Club, and the American Club. His hobby includes traveling and photography.

After earning a degree as a Mechanical Engineer from New Jersey Institute of Technology (USA), he worked as a project manager for three years at RCDolner LLc, a Construction Management Company based in New York City, USA, where he successfully managed projects worth more than $100 million US dollars. Alliance Properties has reached new heights under his direction and now experiences annual steady growth. Mr. Rizvi is an active member of the American Club, Golf Club, Flying Club, Boat Club, and Flying Club. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as traveling.

Mrs. Salma Ashgar Rizvi, is the wife of Late Capt. Syed Ali Ashgar Rizvi who was the founder Chairman of this company. She passed her Master Degree in Philosophy from Dhaka University. She is the member of Gulshan Club Limited and Kurmitola Golf Club. She was General Secretary of First Women’s Pilots Association and member of Chayyanaut. At present, she is engaged in Charitable work. Her father was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2011 by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. She is currently holding the position of Director in Alliance Properties Ltd.

Mr. Moniruzzaman brings vast experience and wealth to Alliance Properties Ltd. He has passed his BSc. Engineering in Civil in 1980 from USSR and has worked in a leading consulting company like BCL, EPC in the early days of his career.Later he moved to Zambia and there he had successfully completed over 20 iconic projects. His vast experience has streamlined the output of the company and over the years successfully completed all the projects on time. His construction knowledge and experience in this field has reshaped the Real-Estate industry and some methods of civil construction has applied which has led to Alliance Properties reputation as one the leading Real Estate companies in Bangladesh.Mr. Moniruzzaman is married with two kids and enjoys watching movies.

Mr. Yaminul Haq, he has completed his BBA major in marketing and did his MBA with double major in Marketing and finance. Making knowledge his inner strength and his inborn skill in sales and marketing has made him one of the best Sales professional in this segment. Earlier, he started his career with a Korean based multinational company and then he made himself specialized in real estate sector since his joining Alliance Properties Ltd from the very inception about a decade ago. He has sold and handed over many commercial and residential projects. Considering today’s economic growth he has engaged himself in the Business development of the company to achieve new milestone for the company in years to come. He is definitely an asset to the company.
